Dear visitors and non-residents,

We take the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and want to do our part to preserve the health and wellness of everyone in our community.  State specific info below.

Wisconsin - UPDATED 3/24/2020

The Wisconsin Governor is urging people to stay at home to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus and have no interaction with others unless absolutely necessary. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends postponing visits or trips to see older family members, friends, and grandparents for the time being.

As such, we respectfully request only essential, life-saving visits until further notice to help protect you, our residents, and our staff. If you are not planning to visit to provide life-saving support, please reschedule when the COVID-19 threat is no longer present. We must request that no one under the age of 18 visits our residents under any circumstance.

Instead, please consider phone calls, video calls, emails, or written letters to stay in touch with our residents.

For those who must visit a resident for an essential, life-saving visit:

  • Only one visitor per household is permitted to enter at a time. Please, no visitors under the age of 18.
  • Practice social distancing protocol by staying a minimum of 6 feet away from others when possible.
  • Once you enter the residence, please wash your hands immediately using CDC hand-washing guidelines.
  • Before you leave the residence, please wash your hands using CDC hand-washing guidelines.

We look forward to welcoming back social visitors when the threat of COVID-19 is no longer present. Until then, please stay safe and well and remain in your own home whenever possible.
